Organize!

Our Tax Organizer can now be submitted electronically! You can take a look here. This form is not required but can be a useful tool to get organized. If you prefer the traditional paper version, click here.

Engage!

We ask that you sign your engagement letter when you schedule your appointment. We also now require a $150 retainer when scheduling your appointment. Please contact us if that is a hardship for you or if you have any questions. Click here to access the engagement form and pay your retainer, or give us a call at (503) 688-4573.

Schedule!

 

Click here to access the calendar. You have a few options. 

1) Schedule an initial drop off meeting, and then schedule a second follow up meeting.

2) Upload everything to the secure portal, and then schedule a finish up meeting.

3) Upload everything to the secure portal, work remotely via email and phone, and finish up via the portal. No scheduling needed! Just send an email to your tax preparer letting them know.
