Tell us about your business.
My business is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations create an inclusive and emotionally intelligent workplace culture. I partner with organizations and offer different strategies on how to design and maintain equitable, trustworthy, and transparent systems and communication structures for a thriving workplace environment.
How did you get started?
My career path led me to a corporate role as Director of Culture & HR at FULLY where I spent 5 years helping create a workplace environment that valued intuition, emotional intelligence, communication, radical ideas, and empowering leaders to lead with compassion. This holistic and progressive workplace model created astounding retention, satisfaction, and engagement among employees and the company was awarded one of Oregon's Top 100 Best Places to Work. After the exciting experience helping construct corporate culture from the ground up, I knew there were more workplaces out there who needed help developing their own unique culture. The thought of being able to help many businesses achieve this kind of success motivated me to take the leap into self-employment!
What type of businesses would you enjoy partnering with?
I love working with mission driven companies in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. My sweet spot is small-medium size growing businesses who value emotional intelligence and want to prioritize the development of an inclusive culture and progressive leadership model.
Anything else you would like us to know?
I am a total nerd about emotional intelligence and I find it to be one of the most fascinating qualities of leadership. I tend to believe many personal and workplace challenges can be solved with an increased awareness of self and others. I think they call it “soft skills” to make it seem less intimidating, but working on your own emotional intelligence can have a profound impact on the world around you. And I’m here to help :)

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I really enjoy working with people who want to make themselves and the world a better place. Early in my career, I had several years of experience in toxic work environments and I knew in my heart that a workplace could be supportive and that true leaders practice empathy and compassion. It brings me an incredible amount of joy to see new forms of leadership emerging that value real connection to others and to a greater purpose.
